At Pop Top Cocktails, we believe every celebration should be fun, seamless, and fully compliant with Alberta’s liquor regulations.

Here’s how we keep things above board (and delicious):

• You bring the licence, we bring the magic.
  For events where alcohol is served, the event host or venue must hold a valid AGLC liquor licence (for example, a Special Event Licence – Private Resale).

• You handle the bottles, we handle the vibe.                                                                                                                                                The host or venue is responsible for purchasing, transporting, and storing alcohol in accordance with AGLC rules.Pop Top Cocktails does not sell or supply liquor directly — we simply craft and serve your drinks under your licence.

• Certified bartenders, every time.

• Our team is ProServe-certified and trained in responsible service. We take care of your guests the right way.

• Mocktails? Always an option.
  Want to skip the booze? We’ve got a full lineup of handcrafted mocktails — perfect for all-ages events or dry venues.

• Safe, legal, and professional.
  We follow all AGLC standards for storage, service, and safety. No minors. No over-service. No exceptions.
